GYM

I just took my first class today and I loved it. It was very challenging but Leo is encouraging and makes it fun. I was able to do very intense cardio with virtually no stress on my joints, which is hard to accomplish.
Excellent exercise to be fit, very fun and dynamic classes! An ideal complement to baseball.
